Our process takes the correct approach of walking the property, noting the curb appeal and desirable renovations, and noting any buyer objections or deferred maintenance.  Our next step is pricing the property based on comparable homes after adjusting for features and conditions.  Then we adjust for market conditions. We’ll look at each property objectively using our evaluation background and years of experience.
