Update Assistance

Our team has the experience,  skillset, and connections to help you evaluate potential updates and upgrades and get the work done at a reasonable cost.  We’ll help you estimate the costs, estimate the return on investment, and estimate the time to complete your updates.  We will walk your home with you and point out areas where we think it will save you money to address before listing.  And we will also give you recommendations on who to call for getting the work done.

Concierge Ready-To-Sell

Cash is often locked up as equity in your property and otherwise unavailable for use in updating. That’s where our Concierge program comes in handy. With Concierge, you can borrow money for renovations without interest for a year.

Concierge Ready-to-Stay

Today’s seller-friendly market is forcing many buyers to purchase homes in as-is condition. We have a great program for those buyers without cash for updating. Similar to our Ready-to-Sell program, Buyers can also get a renovation loan that is 0% interest for 12 months, along with other programs such as 5, 7, 9, and 12-year loans at various rates.  Ask us about our Ready-to-Stay program and see if it is right for you.

Disclaimer: This calculator is designed to estimate the Seller-Owed property taxes to be credited to the Buyer at closing.  This amount assumes the Seller is up to date on payments, and only owes taxes because of the way Indiana collects them.  Indiana collects property taxes in arrears, so the Seller always owes close to a year’s worth of property taxes at any given time.  Consult your title company for the actual credit amount for your property.
